    If your package appears to be stuck in transit or pending acceptance, please sign up for updates on your package by tracking via the USPS site and selecting "Text & Email Updates".

    You're kidding, right? Make sure to email us immediately after you realized that you gave us the wrong shipping address so we can change it before your order ships. Please email

    If the order has not left the warehouse then we may be able to change the address. However, if we're unable to, then it will be up to you to recover the package. We will not issue any form of reimbursement for incorrect address provided.

    ESD guarantees that you'll LOVEEEEE (yes with 5 E's) every product that WE make. If there's a product that you do not LOVEEEEE, please let us know so we can either replace it or refund you. We stand by the products we make with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. (ESD Products only)

    However, many of the products sold on our website are not made by us. Thus, we are not able to offer some next level-awesome guarantees for those. We will only accept returns on products that have been unopened and unused.

    Did your order arrive, and something was broken? Please email us at, and send us a photo of the broken product; let us know what it was, and we'll replace it as soon as the request is processed.
